Get Sticky on the Punt Promotion Terms & Conditions
The information below forms the conditions of involvement in the Get Sticky On The Punt campaign.

Participation is only open to Australia residents over 18 years of age who can provide proof of age and who are a members of a wagering Punters Club in a licensed hospitality venue in Australia, such as a sports bar, hotel, pub or registered club (‘Participant’).
The Participant will be deemed by the Promoter as being an authorised representative of their Punters Club.
The promotion commences on 12/04/21 and concludes at 5:00 pm AEST on 16/05/21, or as otherwise extended at the Promoter’s sole discretion under the same Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter will contact all registered interested Participant’s by email and/or phone to approve their participation.
To be considered for approval to participate by the Promoter, registered interested Participants must provide to the Promoter the contact name, mobile number and email address of the owner or manager of the licenced venue associated with their Punters Club.
The Promoter has sole discretion to approve the involvement of Participants and/or their associated licenced venue and can refuse involvement of either for any reason whatsoever without any need to show cause.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of a registered interested Participant or disqualify the involvement of any Participant for any reason whatsoever at any time.
Any costs associated with participating are the sole responsibility of the Participant and/or their associated licenced venue.
The sponsorship of the approved Participant’s Punters Club will be by way of the Promoter providing free Sticky Addiction chicken wings to the Participant’s associated licenced venue for the sole purpose of that venue serving the product to that Punters Club at their discretion.
The minimum total product sponsorship commitment is three (3) flavours of Sticky Addiction chicken wings; 20kg of each flavour; over a 12 week period; being 5kg in total per week. Supply of which 3 flavours to the Participant’s licenced venue is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
Continuation of the Promoter’s supply of the sponsorship product for longer than 12 weeks will be subject to agreement between the Promoter and the Participant’s licenced venue, and is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter has sole discretion as to when the sponsorship product is supplied to the Participant’s licenced venue.
Supply of the sponsorship product will be arranged directly between the Promoter and the Participant’s associated licenced venue.
The sponsorship product is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to change any terms contained in these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The Participant’s indemnify the Promoter and the promoter’s agencies fully in regard to any loss whatsoever, personal, financial or otherwise, which may result directly or indirectly from being involved in this promotion and/or accepting any sponsorship, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter has no responsibility or liability for any incorrect/inaccurate information associated with the promotion, or for technical error/any combination thereof that may occur including but not limited to any omission/interruption/deletion/defect/delay in operation/transmission/communications/ network or any technical problem/ any failure/theft/destruction of entries or any injury/damage to Participant’s or any other person’s related to resulting from participation in this promotion.
The Promoter will collect each Participant’s personal information to conduct the promotion. By participating, unless otherwise advised by the Participant, each Participant consents to information with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media and promotional material for future promotional purposes without any reference/payment/compensation to the Participant and/or their associated licenced venue.
The Promoter has the right to use without restriction the name and image of all Participant’s in the Promoters social media and marketing campaigns, and that the Participant’s are required to comply with all reasonable requests from the Promoter for such images to be taken.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
